Terms of Use

By using the Platform 50 Welfare website or app, users agree to follow the Platform 50 Welfare Terms of Use, Welfare Constitution, membership rules, payment and contribution rules, and leadership decisions made under the constitution.

The platform is used for member registration, welfare contribution records, event-based contribution tracking, payment proof submission, benefit request records, beneficiary and family information, leadership review and administration, reports, and receipts.

Membership is only for eligible registered members under the welfare constitution. Membership is open to registered Transformation members residing in the USA and Canada.

Platform 50 Welfare does not operate as a monthly dues system. Members pay a one-time registration fee and contribute when eligible welfare circumstances arise.

Members pay a one-time registration fee. Members may be required to contribute when a qualifying welfare event occurs. Special levies may be applied when approved. Payments may be made through available approved methods, and payment records are subject to confirmation by authorized leadership.

Benefits are subject to the constitution. The Executive Committee must verify claims, members must meet eligibility requirements, and new or reinstated members may be subject to a waiting period. The platform does not guarantee approval of any benefit claim.

Benefit events may include death of member, terminal illness or major accident, death of spouse, death of father or mother, and death of biological child.

New members are not eligible for benefits until 90 days from joining. Reinstated members must also serve a 90-day waiting period before eligibility resumes.

Members who fail to contribute may lose benefit eligibility. A formal notice, text message, and phone call may be issued after contribution default. Continued non-contribution may result in loss of membership or benefit eligibility. Reinstated members must satisfy the waiting period before benefits resume.

• Do not misuse the platform or submit false benefit claims.
• Respect leadership decisions made under the constitution.

• Review records fairly and keep payment and benefit records accurate.
• Follow role-based access restrictions.

Submitting payment proof does not mean payment is confirmed. Payment is confirmed only after review by authorized leadership. The platform may display pending, approved, rejected, or corrected payment status. Cash payments must be entered by authorized leadership.

The platform may collect name, phone number, email, address or location, date of birth, occupation, beneficiary information, spouse, children, and parent information, payment records, uploaded payment proof, and benefit request documents. The Privacy Policy provides more detail about data handling.

Accounts may be suspended or removed for false information, payment fraud, false benefit claims, misuse of the platform, violation of the constitution, non-compliance with welfare contribution rules, or unauthorized admin activity.

The platform is a recordkeeping and management tool. It does not guarantee benefit approval, immediate payment, eligibility, availability of funds, or error-free operation.

If there is any conflict between app or website wording and the official Platform 50 Welfare Constitution, the constitution will control.
